Learning Agreement

These terms apply only to the remote international Rababi Outreach Program, paid through our website. Local Rababi centers handle their own payments and agreements with their students.

Recurring Payment Disclosure

This is a recurring subscription. You are authorizing us to charge your payment method $75 USD every month for twelve months, automatically, until you cancel or the twelve payments are complete.

You can cancel at any time by emailing us. No notice period, and no reason needed.

You must be 18 or older to enroll.

1. Key Terms

Price: $75 USD a month, twelve payments; $900 USD in total
First charge: at checkout, then on the same day each month
At the end of the twelve months: the subscription stops automatically. It does not roll over.
Cancel: any time, by email to [email protected]
Refunds: fourteen days from checkout to withdraw. After that, payments already taken are not refunded.

2. The Program

Included: 36 weekly online group sessions over twelve months, led by a tutor. In each session the group watches and works through Raj Academy WebSchool lessons together.

Not included:

personal WebSchool access;
Intensive Retreats (see section 3);
instruments, equipment, and a working internet connection.

Session times are set by your tutor.

3. Retreats

We hold three retreats with Professor Surinder Singh, Yogi of Sound, each year — one in North America, one in Europe, and one in India. You are warmly invited to attend our Intensive Retreats, but they are not included in your subscription. If you attend, you pay the retreat teaching fee, currently $600 USD per retreat and subject to change, plus your own travel, food, and accommodation. Places are subject to availability and booking deadlines.

4. Certificate of Completion

When you complete three years in the program, you receive a Certificate of Completion. This requires attending at least 30 of the 36 sessions per course year. Tell your tutor at least twenty-four hours ahead if you cannot attend.

The certificate confirms that you took part. It is not a teacher or trainer certificate and does not qualify you to teach or to offer Raj Academy programs. It is not a government license or an accredited qualification.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cooling-off period. You can withdraw within fourteen days of checkout, for any reason. If your group has not started yet, we refund you in full. If sessions take place within those fourteen days, by completing checkout you expressly ask us to begin straight away, and we refund you less a proportionate amount for the sessions held.

After fourteen days, payments already taken are not refunded. Canceling stops future charges, and you leave the program at the end of your current paid month.

How to cancel. Email [email protected] with "Cancel Rababi Outreach" in the subject. No reason, no phone call, and no retention conversation. We act within three business days and confirm in writing.

We refund in full where we cancel your group, where a payment was taken in error or after a valid cancellation, or where the law requires it.

Minimum group size. A group runs only if it reaches the minimum number of students set by its tutor. If it does not, you may choose a place in the next available group or a full refund of everything you have paid. If we have not heard from you within fourteen days, we refund you in full.

Changes. We may reasonably change tutors, session times, and lesson content, giving as much notice as we can. If a change materially disadvantages you, you may cancel and receive a refund for the sessions not yet delivered.

6. Failed Payments

Day 0: automatic retry; we email you to update your payment method.
Days 1–14: further retries. You can keep attending.
Day 14: you are paused from sessions, and your tutor is notified.
Day 60: we treat your enrollment as ended and cancel the subscription.

You get a written notice before you are paused, and another before your enrollment ends. To return, settle the balance and email us. There is no late fee.

7. Price, Tax, and Billing

Your price is fixed for your twelve months. We give at least thirty days' notice of any change to your billing schedule.

Tax and currency. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, VAT, and GST unless the checkout says otherwise. If your account is in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a fee.

Not a donation. Your fee pays for education you receive and is not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.

Disputes. If a charge looks wrong, email us first — we fix genuine billing errors quickly. Raising a chargeback instead pauses your enrollment while it runs.

Processing. Payments are handled by Kajabi Payments or, if you choose it, PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.

8. Health

Playing, singing, and meditative practice can be demanding. Work within your limits, tell your tutor about any relevant health condition, and see a doctor if you are unsure. Nothing taught here is medical or psychological advice.

9. Intellectual Property

The course materials — recordings, notation, texts, WebSchool content, images, and audio — are the copyright of Professor Surinder Singh, Yogi of Sound, and Raj Academy uses them under license. Some materials belong to Raj Academy or other third parties. Nothing you receive transfers ownership to you.

Please do not copy, record, screen-capture, republish, or distribute the materials; upload them anywhere, including to AI training datasets; use them to build a competing course; or use our names and logos commercially without written permission.

This section may be enforced against you by Raj Academy and, as copyright owner, by Professor Surinder Singh, Yogi of Sound, directly. This section survives termination.

Sessions may be recorded so absent students can catch up. Recordings stay within your group. Keep your camera off if you would rather not appear.

10. Student Conduct

Please treat tutors and fellow students with respect. We may suspend or end enrollment without refund for harassment, abuse, discrimination, sharing credentials, infringing our materials, or seriously disrupting a cohort or retreat. Where something can be put right, we will give notice and a fair chance to do so.

11. Liability and Governing Law

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing removes your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, so far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, and the courts of Wayne County, Michigan have jurisdiction. Consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK keep the mandatory protections of their home country's law, including the right of withdrawal, and may bring proceedings in their own courts. Consumers in India keep their rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Data Protection

Our Privacy Notice at www.rajacademy.com/privacy-policy explains how we handle your personal data.

13. General Provisions

Changes. We give enrolled students at least thirty days' notice by email of any material change; if you do not accept it, you may cancel.

Other terms. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. You cannot transfer your enrollment. English governs; translations are for convenience.

14. Acceptance

By accepting this Agreement at checkout, you confirm that:

you are 18 or older;
this is a recurring subscription and you will be charged $75 USD monthly for twelve months beginning today, $900 USD in total;
the program leads to a Certificate of Completion, not a teacher or trainer certificate;
you can cancel at any time by email, with no notice period;
you have fourteen days from checkout to withdraw, less a proportionate amount for sessions held, and after that payments already taken are not refunded;
you expressly ask us to begin straight away if sessions take place within those fourteen days;
you have read this Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, and the Privacy Notice.
