These are the standard terms for the Naad Yoga Teacher Training (NYTT) when you purchase it through our website. Some teachers organize NYTT courses under their own responsibility, in partnership with Raj Academy. They provide their own Learning Agreements, which you sign directly with them.

Recurring Payment Disclosure

This is a recurring subscription. You are authorizing us to charge your payment method $250 USD every month for nine months, automatically, until you cancel or the nine payments are complete.

You can cancel at any time by emailing us. No notice period, and no reason needed.

This Agreement covers your monthly payments. What you receive and how you are certified is in the Enrollment and Deposit Agreement, which you accepted when you paid your deposit.

1. Material Terms

Payments: $250 USD monthly, same day each month, nine payments per course year
First charge: at checkout
Course year total: $3,000 USD — your $750 deposit plus 9 × $250
Minimum commitment: twelve months
At the end of the year: the subscription stops automatically. It does not roll over; you actively re-enroll for Year 2.
Cancel: any time, by email to [email protected]
Refunds: fourteen days from checkout to withdraw, less a proportionate amount for teaching received. After that, payments already taken are not refunded.

2. Payment Authorization

By checking the box at checkout you authorize Raj Academy and our payment processor to charge your payment method $250 USD each month for nine months, beginning at checkout. This continues until you cancel or the nine payments finish.

We email you a confirmation immediately after checkout restating these terms, a receipt for every charge, at least seven days' notice of any change to your billing schedule, and written confirmation of any cancellation. Please keep your email address current.

3. Cancellation

Email [email protected] with "Cancel subscription" in the subject. That is all it takes: no reason, no phone call, and no retention conversation. We act within three business days and confirm in writing. We are always glad to talk and to hear your feedback, but we will never make a conversation a condition of leaving.

No notice period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep access until then and are not charged again.

4. Refunds and Effect of Cancellation

You have fourteen days from this checkout to withdraw. Your course begins now, so teaching and WebSchool access reach you straight away: by completing this checkout you expressly ask us to begin, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to withdraw once the course has been fully performed. If you withdraw within the fourteen days, we refund your monthly payment less a proportionate amount for the teaching you received. Downloadable content already supplied in full is not refundable.

Your deposit sits under the Enrollment and Deposit Agreement, and its own cooling-off period closed fourteen days after you enrolled.

After fourteen days, payments already taken are not refunded. Canceling stops future charges only. Because your enrollment carries a twelve-month minimum, canceling early also means you leave the program for that course year, and access ends at the close of your current paid period.

Retreats you have attended stay credited to you permanently. If you later return, you rejoin a new course year at the full fee (section 4.3 of the Enrollment and Deposit Agreement).

We refund in full where we cancel your cohort, where a payment was taken in error or after a valid cancellation, or where the law requires it. If we change the program to your material disadvantage, you may cancel and receive a refund for the undelivered part of the course year.

5. Failed Payments

Day 0: automatic retry; we email you to update your payment method.
Days 1–14: further retries. Access continues, and your teacher and tutor are not told.
Day 14: WebSchool access is suspended, and your teacher and tutor are notified.
Day 60: we treat your enrollment as discontinued and cancel the subscription.

You get a written notice before access is suspended, and another before your enrollment is discontinued. To reinstate, settle the balance and email us. There is no late fee.

Please talk to us before day 60. A failed payment is usually an expired card or a hard month, not a decision to leave.

6. Price Changes

Your current course year's price is fixed. Years 2 and 3 may be priced differently, and because your subscription ends each year and you re-enroll actively, you will see and accept any new price before it applies. We give at least thirty days' notice of any change.

7. Tax, Currency, and Billing Disputes

Tax. Prices exclude sales tax, VAT, and GST unless the checkout says otherwise.

Currency. All charges are in US dollars. If your account is in another currency, your bank sets the rate and may add a fee; the amount we charge does not change.

Disputes. If a charge looks wrong, email us first — we fix genuine billing errors quickly and without argument. Raising a chargeback instead freezes your enrollment while it runs, and if one is raised on a valid charge and resolved in our favor, we may suspend access until it is settled.

Processing. Payments are handled by Kajabi Payments or, if you choose it, PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.

8. Consumer Rights and Governing Law

Nothing here affects your statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU and EEA) or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK). Governing law and dispute resolution are as set out in section 12 of the Enrollment and Deposit Agreement, including the consumer carve-outs for the EU, EEA, UK, and India.

9. Acceptance

By accepting this Agreement at checkout, you confirm that:

this is a recurring subscription and you will be charged $250 USD monthly for nine months beginning today;
each course year costs $3,000 USD, including the $750 deposit you have already paid;
you can cancel at any time by email, with no notice period;
you have fourteen days from checkout to withdraw, less a proportionate amount for teaching received, and after that payments already taken are not refunded;
you expressly ask us to begin teaching straight away;
you have read the Enrollment and Deposit Agreement and the Privacy Notice.
