Lust, anger, greed, attachment, and ego drive our lives, often without us understanding their impact or knowing how to use them for our growth. The more clearly we recognize our drivers, the more choices we have. Mastering these core energies is the key to inner balance and gives us the freedom to compose our lives consciously.
In this course, we get to know each driver in depth from a Gurmat perspective. Each session explores one of the drivers, enriched with simple sound practices that help us take the driver's seat and turn each driver into a virtue.
