Shipping Policy
Drop ShippingTo expedite shipping, sometimes it is necessary to ship products directly from the manufacturer or our distributors to our customers. We call this type of shipping "drop shipping." This is especially true for instruments.
Unfortunately, we currently do not provide online tracking for drop shipped packages. The customer needs to call us if tracking is necessary.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to any address worldwide.
Shipping Methods
Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. For instrument we use UPS, Fedex and DHL. We use several shipping carriers for orders not involving instruments including United Parcel Service (UPS), Royal Mail and United States Postal Service (USPS).
Split Shipments
For multiple-item orders, we attempt to ship the whole order together. This is not always possible due to the items selected and the time it takes to receive some special order items from a manufacturer.
When it is not possible to ship your entire order together, we will split the order and ship it at different times.
Shipment Delivery Time
Your expected delivery date is determined by your delivery address, and the contents of your order. Cds are normally shipped within 2 days of receiving your order. CDs may take more than 10 business days for addresses other than in USA and UK.
Instrument deliveries take 6 to 9 weeks. Although rare, customs checks can delay deliveries by up to 3 business day. Delays are also possible during heightened security.
Shipping Charges
Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the dimensions of your packages. This includes items shipped in multiple boxes and/or from multiple locations.
Insurance Policy
Although damage to products during shipping is rare, you may buy Damage Insurance for your own peace of mind. Optional Damage Insurance coverage is available for all products.
Orders Damaged in Shipping
If you bought damage insurance and believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please contact us via email within 2 days of receiving the delivery to inform us of the situation. We’ll be glad to repair your product to your satisfaction if possible. If repair is not possible to bring the product to our quality standards, we’ll replace the product with a brand new product.
Please email us to get a RA number (return authorization) before shipping anything back to us. Products received without a RA number will not be accepted.
Damaged instruments need to be returned to our location in New Delhi, while other products can be returned to one of our locations in Wisconsin, USA, London, UK or New Delhi, India. A replacement product will be shipped only after the damaged product is received
Note:
- Damage insurance does not cover shipping charges.
- The customer is responsible for packaging the products properly to avoid any further damage.
- Raj Academy is not responsible for damages where damage insurance has not been purchased.
- The customer is responsible for charges associated with shipping the damaged product back to us.

Returns & Refunds
Shipping RefundsYour original shipping charge will only be refunded for a product sent to you in error, or for a defective product. This refund will automatically be credited once we receive and inspect the product. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated.
We will also pay for return shipping for a part that was sent to you in error or received defective.
Product returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by RajAcademy.com within 2 weeks of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please note that we do not accept returns for instruments.
